This is a one cup (measurement) measuring cup (container).
It is made from a new material that hasn't been shown on this thread yet: plastic.
It has volume amounts and measurement lines marked on the side.
This will help spatially-challenged viewers correctly measure the volume of liquid contained within, be it water or other.
Also, take special note of the fact that the 'one cup(s)/8 oz' measurement line is significantly below the brim of the vessel.
