Comments: He intentionally missed a turn when he knew he was about to lose either to punish the remaining players or because he doesn't care if other players have to wait 24 hours in a game where he no longer has a shot. It's clear that he took turns in other games after the player before him (CTGDave/Blue) finished his turn in game 22375913. He was literally about to be eliminated after he finished his turn because he had 2 territories left on the Eurasia map; I only bring that up to highlight that his next return required no strategic deliberation as he had no real options. The attached screenshots demonstrate my claims.

Missing a turn isn’t against the rules, only if he intentionally deadbeats.

I’m pretty sure he missed the turn intentionally, but if that’s the case then understood.
