does STARTING a game affect odds...?

Post by timthetuneman »

i've started over 100 two man games... i have gone second in about 75-80% of them... why...? does STARTING the game have ANY effect whatsoever in determining who goes first in a STANDARD game...??????? I'm totally aware that in a freestyle game anyone can go first... but my question is...

does STARTING a standard two man game have ANY effect in determining who goes first...???

Thanks for the answer...!!!

If STARTING the game had ANY effect on who went FIRST, do you really think it would make you go FIRST 20-25% of the TIME instead of 100% or 0%?

Anyway, there is no correlation between making the game and who starts first. Its random and you appear to have been unlucky. Of course its not the only random factor you'll encounter, so maybe you'll get lucky dice and lucky cards and lucky starting placement and win more games than you should!
