games: 3 per round and 5 per finals in each bracket
bracket 1: baltic, 2, no spoils, parachute, trench, fog
bracket 2: pot mosbi, 4, no spoils, unlimited, fog, trench
bracket 3: random, 3, escalating, chain, sun
bracket 4: feudal epic, 4, escalating, chain, fog
bracket 5: conquer rome, 2, no spoils, chain, fog
bracket 6: classic, 3, no spoil, chain, sun
bracket 7: world 2.1, 4, no spoil, chain, fog
bracket 8: napoleonic europe, 3, adj, fog, trench
ranking: bracket wins, games wins, head to head if applicable
possible more than one winner
