President Trump, moments ago, declared a State of Emergency. Joe Biden will be the first president inaugurated under emergency rule since WWII; except there's no war, he's so hated by such a large segment of the population that he can only take power with a full infantry division in escort, equipped with extraordinary national security powers. The U.S. military has not halted a U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan, the Department of Defense told Reuters on Monday, despite a new law prohibiting further reductions without the Pentagon sending Congress an assessment of the risks.
