Add suspected spam to report reasons

Add some options to the pull down menu reason for report.

• Suspected spambot.
• Post contains suspicious link.

Specifics/Details:

• I pretty much only report posts made by new accounts that quote an old post or otherwise pretend to be active forum members when the account just joined, likely planning to post spam later.
• I'd like those two available options to speed up explaining why I clicked report.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• People won't have to click, other, then type out, "Suspected spammer."
• Those opening the report can more efficiently know why the post was reported.

One pattern that seems common is to bump 3 topics then lay low. It's probably because at many forums you need three posts before you get full access the things like PMs, posting pictures and links.

With my limited experience with php, this seems like a very easy task that would take little time to implement. IMO. Although, I don't code php for a living, so I may be overlooking something there.

I could only see two reasons why it would be rejected: too hard to implement or we don't need it.

Proposal has been accepted! Two new categories have been added to report reasons: Suspected Spambot and Suspicious Link.

Just took "suspicious link" for a test run. Felt pretty good on my end.
