It doesn't work that way. Llama knew exactly what he was doing, and he knew that carried a risk of a suspension. He also knew that carried a longer term since this is not his first rodeo. He might have thought he was super clever in subtly trolling other users into meltdown in the global chat, but we're used to it. It wasn't light-hearted trolling, it was deliberate, and making GC a shitty place. Other users involved got into trouble as well, but got a lesser punishment for first offenses and whatnot.

GC suspensions work on an escalating scale. The more often you get suspended, the longer your suspension will be. He will be allowed back, but only when his extended timeout is over.

Maybe he will have learned his lesson on his return, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Oh, I would totally support a three strikes* yer out system, but I'm just a minion. Three major infractions (not minor ones) leading to a 1 year chat ban. And every major infraction after that, 1 year. So they either learn to behave, or spend most of their time banned.

Oh, they'll have something to say to that, but I'm honestly not interested. Just how I think. Chat is a much more civilised place without them in it.

Raz? Not years, only recently.
Last time I was on Team CC, I was on community team and chat team, but had a gold name. So was Dukasaur's minion.
Not sure if that was any better. They both kept all the cookies for themselves. We have to bake our own.
