Make Panel Interface and Map Inspect Work on Android Phones

Currently, on android phones panel interface only shows one portion of the ui at a time and map Inspect doesn't work at all even on desktop mode.

Fixing this would really help those such as myself who don't always have access to a desktop computer and need to take our turns. Sometimes, on a map I really need this data to figure out what term what territory is connected, etc.

You can go to settings, change map text to anything and you'll get some sort of map inspect (at least for the borders). But you'd have to do it every time you change the map

Change the text? Like all I have to do is activate map inspect + hit indicators once I am in that map? Because that's not working for me.

You click this then go on the map and when clicking on a tert it will give you the borders (it might hide some of the map if it has too many)
