explanatory tags in ratings

We need to add a couple explanatory tags in the ratings. A positive, Diplomatic. Where a player leaves chat saying how good a opponet you were and how lucky he was. While the truth was YOU SUCKED. And a negative, Totally Clueless. Where a player is just compleatley an idiot
