• add a chat bot to the guide games

Specifics/Details:

• a bot that post useful information for NRs into the game chat of a guide game
• have the guides or people who frequently play guide games provide FAQs from NRs then program the bot to post some basic instructions at the beginning of the game and periodically throughout the game.
  
  For example:
• 'how to begin your turn'
• 'how to cash your spoils' (yes, i frequently have to explain how to actually cash spoils, not how the work but how to interface with the site to play them)
• 'once three turns in a row are missed the player will be eliminated from the game'
• 'you need to end your turn in order to get spoils'

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• provides important information for NRs and reduces the number of times vets repeat themselves
