missing first turns
hi is it against the rules to miss first shots knowing that you are going to come back in the second or 3rd round. as have found a player that does this all the time.

No is not agaisnt the rules...the only thing against the rules is when you miss 3 consecutive turns and that is punished taking you out from that game...anyway I dont know why is useful missing one turn (no matter if the first or the last one).
The only thing you can do about that is rate as you feel and if you think that is very anoying then FAMO

First player is in enormes advantage. It would be interesting to give player that starts second X2 troops to deploy on his first turn.

Not against the rules, but stupid to miss first turn. I wonder in what twisted logic that even remotely makes sense.

Bugle Boy? I don't think that is his strategy. I think it is just a result of him being busy jackin it on another screen and missing a turn or two. I have beat him several times after he missed a turn or 2.
