In game 19511437 with the above two members. I thought it was strange that jefweb33 kept busting me when i had double the amount of men on his border than Stormchaser. After doing the same thing twice and questioning jefweb33 in the chat with no reply, i did a quick search of his current games. out of his current 74 games, 50 of them were with Stormchaser. So they are either using multiple accounts or secret diplomacy. Looking through the cheating & abuse thread it looks like jefweb33 has a history of this on another topic with him and trouptraynor on the 12-16 Jan 2019

a search of active waiting and completed games show 411 games the pair have played or will play as there are 14 waiting games . almost half jefweb33 games have STORMCHASER in . looking at STORMCHASER wall came across this

take a few mins and surf through the games id suggest see if more members are commenting on game play . on the pairs walls i see chat out side of a game and a pissed off member calling out jeffweb33 for similar game play as you posted

it could be they are just friends playing risk but it may go deeper .
