Losing a million armies to 1 defending army
ok, I was playing a game and I could not get a country for the life of me.. The first round I couldn't get anything and then next round I had 6 armies vs 1 and I STILL lost everything and couldn't get a country. I was pretty pissed.. so, what is the most amount of armies you've lost to an "easy" prey?
... the dice are not "bugged". Take a look at the web service that supplies the numbers - random.org It's pretty technical but it's not too hard to comprehend, and it convinced me.
... Atmospheric noise is used to set an entropy, which forms the basis of the random determination of values. This noise is in a constant state of flux, so there is no definable pattern.
... I watched a friend of mine lose 12 against 1. It WAS amazing to watch (and even more amazing that he kept rolling after he lost 5!), but it was random.

you are right it is much more frequent. I frequently lose easy odds skirmishes. i've had full rounds where I didn't win a single roll and I rolled on every possible territory I could attack from. I also have lost 14 armies to his 1 lost army..... and I've had other times it happen almost that bad. It seems to be worse when the defense has 2 dice rolls... it seems that they roll higher. I know the odds are better then but that isn't exactly what I mean. I mean they tend to match or better your dice roll excessively too often when there are 2 defenders in a territory.

dice rolls
just remember the dice are bad for everybody and here's a clue when i play around midnight t0 3 am i get better rolls then between 3pm to 9 pm and yet i keep playing both i walked into my sons office on wednesday and he's cussing his ass off yelling what the f--- i said playing your games he said yes i had 30 men to take out your f---ing 7 and lost why do you get so lucky and i told him the samething i tell all of you -- 1: we all have the same dice & 2: it's all in the wrist

just move
If youve got like, 20 on one country, and you are up against 2, and you attack and lose like, eight, just stop attacking, refresh your map or your browser, and start again. Ive done this and every time it starts being fair again. Just a theory
