As stated in the game chat, we do know each other, but we are separate human beings with one account each.
The three of us do share an employer, so we will sometimes be using the same internet connection during the working week. This also explains why we signed up for CC at a similar time and why we're all in the same country, which are also things mentioned as suspicious. However, I hope that any serious look at my playing history or IP address history will show that I am not the same person as ramalama or fedifensor... and the same goes for them.

I normally try to avoid mixing people I know with people I don't (except maybe in a team game where it seems reasonable). To avoid even the chance of a situation like this arising again, I will make sure to password-protect games I create where I invite friends from now on. I didn't intend to have someone we didn't know in this game, but I think our sixth didn't have enough slots so couldn't accept the invite, so it was left open/public without me realizing. I didn't anticipate that, but lesson learned. As far as I know everyone stuck to the rules, and I think the numbers/log shows everyone attacking everyone, but I can see why bergy1 might feel aggrieved. Sorry for the trouble.
