Get rid of Mafia Discussions

No one really looks at that sub-section - and when they do, it's after someone points it out.
There is no reason to separate Discussions from mafia games - we do not have enough games/threads for it to get confusing, if anything it just stops people from discussing mafia and it makes the mafia section look dead.

I propose we merge discussions back into the main mafia section.
