It's really a pain in the kiester to start a team game and then have a 'cook' sign up as the #1 member of the opposing team. Often these cooks sign up as an unpaid member, join a game, and then never return to the Conquer Club site meaning that the game will NEVER start.

Add an option for the game creator to control this problem.
Specifics/Details:
- 1) remove a user (only available to Red as Red would have created the game), or a better option would be
2) add a Team Game check-box. This would require Red to "invite" the remaining members of Team 1 and the lead color of each subsequent team to do the same.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
Team games that are not tourney related and therefore do not have pre-invited member would be optionally filled as a complete team (if the 'checkbox' option were available at game creation) and would not hang as waiting for an indefinite period of time. This option would also allow teams wishing to hone their skills easier access to waiting games by performing a search for said option (if available).
