No, it means it’s moved to the archives. Archived cases are all viewable so people can learn rulings from the past etc. however once archived they aren’t posted anymore usually, and new cases show up.

But by posting in this thread, it keeps coming up as the most recent so you can view it and is highlighted on the page from recent activity

Changing the title makes it harder to search for / find previous cases in the archives later on. There’s no reason to do it, their names are being “plastered”, it’s simply waiting for the next report(s). It’s been this way forever and many people have experienced it. Not a big deal and ironically the continued posting trying to get it changed only keeps it around longer.

I can go down to the courthouse and read transcripts of suits that were brought before the court 100 years ago. Why would it be different anywhere else? The whole point of transparency is that cases are available to be read and studied at any point in the future.
