Ive only read about it, first time Ive witnessed it in action. But, wow.

You believe the NSA is onto you and is actively removing news articles you link to in real time. The links coming down are causal proof of the death of free speech and press, and also some unidentified gov't or actor saw you post and within 24 hours removed the article to hide the truth. Presumably, to keep you from changing the hearts and minds of the ever important CC voting block.

I believe Armani still can't figure out how to link properly.

Sure sure. Some of us smoked a little weed in college. Some of us have tagged some walls. Some of us drink a little too much or cheat on our significant others. Some of us have based our entire careers on participating in, or voting to participate in, every war we can possibly get into.

Whom among us has not participated in imperialism with glee? Is anyone really innocent of attempting to insert one's country into every conflict on earth?

In all fairness I've never been able to vote directly on any war, nor have I really been able to vote on if the US will insert itself into conflict.... I'd love to though!!!

Of the times in my lifetime where the campaign for re-election of a president turns into a bit of a referendum on the given war we were in at the time, it seems like most of those times the American populous reelects the candidate who is "mid-war", rather than the challenger who want to "end the war"...but i could be proven wrong on this.

When you start a jet engine on a fighter or attack aircraft, you feed air to get the blades turning up to a certain RPM, then you hit the igniters to generate a spark, then you add fuel and the engine starts up.

If you don’t hit the igniters first but put fuel to it and then hit the igniters you have this really cool burst of flame out the back.
We all did it to a certain extent when we thought we could get away with it.
But it’s a really bad idea on the crowded deck of a carrier with a bunch of planes around loaded with bombs and rockets.

McCain did a hot start and the flame ignited a five inch Zuni rocket on the plane right behind him.
The Zuni fired and hit another aircraft starting a fire.
Dozens were killed and at one point they feared the carrier would be lost.

Daddy had darling Johnny pulled off the carrier at the break of dawn the next day so he wouldn’t be lynched and then his actions were covered up.
I never knew a Naval Aviator who respected McCain for either his actions on the carrier or later as a traitor to his uniform as a POW.

Daddy was the guy who covered up for the attack on the Liberty in 1967 so he wasn’t anything to write home about either.

We left POWs behind in Vietnam. Nixon promised the North Vietnamese funds to rebuild their country but Congress refused to allow the money. So several hundred POWs that we knew about died in captivity.
McCain was the sole voice in killing the attempt to account for our POWs and MIAs.
As a potential POW myself, I will never forget or forgive the rat bastard traitor.
