At West Point military academy, the class graduate with the lowest ranking gets $1 from each fellow graduate as an award for his steadfast determination to not give up. We could acknowledge the lowest active rank on Conquer Club with a red Heart symbol, to acknowledge their courage to not give up.
Specifics/Details:
Award a red heart symbol to the lowest active ranked player to acknowledge their courage and heart to not give up in the face of multiple disappointments of losing.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
There is more to life than winning/losing, there is honor in how we win/lose, winning and losing with honor and respect takes a lot of heart, and no one knows how much heart it takes to play with honor than the lowest ranked player. Maybe there is a silver lining of the heart symbol to show the burgeoning step that we care to encourage and uplift the disheartened.

Personally I would like to see all my oppos shoot for the lowest rating possible.
Hey. The rating system is cool for the game. But the rating system for students of my university is better. A student who has the largest average mark should write many articles to a local newspaper.
