Logs/Terts:
- when i drag my mouse over top of the name of a country in the log in a sunny game it should highlight like when you hover over a players name
also quickly locates a country (especially helpful in speed games)
- easier play on more complicated maps, should be easy to implement, and allows for a more diverse amount of maps to be played with players who normally wouldn't partake in certain maps based on not understanding border definitions
