I agree that it's hard to infer alignment from the D1 votes. I was wrong about dakky (though not surprised, as I indicated on D1), but I don't at all regret my vote. Continued discussion about him post-D1 would have just been a giant distraction.
The mod has now posted out of red 3 times. By his own rules the mod is now modkilled. Anarchy! Anarchy! As your new self-proclaimed leader I vote that docs have unlimited protects and cops can even read millers and godfathers accurately.. Oh and roleblockers will instead give town players two actions while still blocking non-town.
As far as Dakkys concerned, it may sound harsh but his day 1 was pretty much a lesson in what not to do as a VT. He basically put all the attention on himself and made it near impossible to focus on anyone else. In short, his actions were equivalent to suiciding.
The Oracle's revelation, despite her denial makes Skoffin a bad candidate to pursue. Scene seems to imply a universal protect over night so thank you who ever was responsible. I imagine that's an one shot ability or something similar to limit it, too OP otherwise but still no role fishing *cough* Mitch *cough*.

This is assuming the oracle isn't some day time power that someone possess. To out Skoffin that way is basically painting a red target on her. Maybe it's just me, but I'm assuming the Oracle isn't a friendly one.

I have a theory on that, I just don't think it's beneficial to potentially expose the person. That said, we can't assume why the Oracle outed Skoffin, it's possible that the Oracle doesn't have much of a choice though the day 1 incident doesn't bode towards that. Either way, it seems premature to assume the worst on why Skoffin so she's still a bad target.

Yup. I hate day 1 unless there is a night 0. Infer what you want from my self-voting but I do it every game.
Moving on, a couple things stick out to me:
Could the line in the scene about the candle mean we have an arsonist role in this game? Might be a bit of a stretch considering this is CYOC and there probably isn't a firefighter (the chances of both someone picking an arsonist themed character and someone else picking a firefighter themed character are probably pretty low). But its a possibility we should probably keep in mind. Could even just be a fire-themed SK. Or could be the scene is purely flavor and means nothing at all.
Lack of kill and flavor of the scene probably means the doc chose his target well. We also probably shouldn't speculate any further on this.

Mandy can you expand on this? To my knowledge a crier is a role that can send a message through the mod (something it looks like we have). It is not a role that normally can target other players or visit them. Why would he have to visit you to talk through the mod?
About the crier/voice I'm not sure if its too reliable. Remember it comically misled us on day 1 (also note that it could use its power/mod voice more than once in a day). It is a traditionally town role, but if you're town why would you reveal any info at all about another power role that also is traditionally ton-aligned? This is either someone who is egregiously misplaying their role or something is up with skoffin and the crier/voice is trying to manipulate scum into NKing her.
I don't think we can glean too much information on dakky's lynch. Let's be honest here, none of us had any real idea why he claimed so early and while under no pressure to do so. It was baffling.
I noticed the post restriction applies to town only. Maybe we can just all type in not-red once and whoever doesn't get a warning we know is scum

This game has a definite haunted house horror movie vibe to it, sort-of like Suspiria. Spooky things I've noticed include the spirit oracle, the mystery lynch-voter, the blown-out candle, the possible ghost of a suicidal VT and this writing in blood (redrum, redrum, redrum.). Day 2 and the only strong evidence we have is spectral. It would be great if we could have a seance and really grill that oracle-spirit, though it does occur to me if the oracle is player-directed it could be lying.
WOW....LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED. At least show remorse for killing dakky. He's not new to any of us and we should have done a better job reading him. Plus we shut down any chance for useful discussion. But yay we have day 2 now. So different.. so much info from the lynch to analyze.
I will concede that everyone should now have learnt that you never claim if you don't have any pressure to do so. So there is one advantage.
Well at least my not-lynching dakky has been vindicated.
It would have been very easy for scum to have jumped on that wagon and I think that is the best place to start. So far I think skittles and mandy had the most valid reasons for voting him so I won't consider them for potential lynch at the moment from those on the dakky wagon.
