Re: CR@W: the Bannermen [Turn 35 Clan Submit Due Aug 19th]
A New Age
I. the Bannermen - Houses of the Realm begin diplomacy
II. the Tavern - Houses of the Realm begin autonomous diplomacy / subterfuge
III. the Blessed
House of Neverland have been BLESSED by the House of the Undead!
Subsequently, ALL other Houses have fallen out of favor with the Undead!
The Undead exclusively deal directly with the House of Neverland, and the House of Neverland informs
the Undead who should (or should not) be favored!
All Houses favors of all levels are no longer valid, until such time that they find favor amongst the Undead (and House of Neverland).
Neverland is free to change / label other Houses either cursed, neutral, or favored once every turn.
ALL Houses may diplo with Neverland now regardless of the game mechanics or whether they've met on the map.
You may attempt to gain favored status through Neverland at any point through regular diplomacy using any means, or any offers you
feel sufficient. Once labelled with "favored" status, you may once again cash in any favors of the Undead (until that status is revoked by Neverland).

Re: CR@W: the Bannermen [Turn 35 CD Update Sunday]
Also a very minor addition to the prizes, its not much but...its something:
Every clan that signed up already got x2 tickets for participating
Clan Raffle Prizes:
1st = +5 raffle tix
2nd = +4 raffle tix
3rd = +3 raffle tix
4th + 5th = +1 raffle tix each
I've also been able to finalize a Green Star prize to the individual lord with the highest fame.

Re: CR@W: the Bannermen [Turn 36 Submit Due Thursday 24th]
A few things:
1) Turn 36 reminder its due Thursday August 24th @ 2400 CCT!
2) I'm working on the end of game slideshow because....well why not?
3) I'm working on a comprehensive history of every turn by going through 3000+ saved PM's and screen shots because apparently, I hate myself and dont hvae enough to do
4) Somebody humor me and pretend to be excited about the new prizes
5) I sent out a PM to clan contacts requesting feedback for v2 if anyone can provide some that would be great
I also sent out the theme for next year in case people hadn't seen it yet....contact the guys running the game for your clan if you are interested....
Thats all for now.

I can't honestly pretend to be excited about the prizes all that much, BUT....
I am genuinely excited to hear there's a final slideshow! I love game review shows like in Civilization and Alpha Centauri, and I'm guessing what you're planning is even more sophisticated than that? I really am excited to look forward to that!

Hahaha well originally the slideshow was just going to be screenshots of movements and battles etc I made each turn. Though I'm kinda playing around with stuff that's more involved.
If there's something you'd like to see please mention it, better for me to be collecting as I go then trying to recreate everything @ the end

Re: CLAN REALMS at WAR: the Bannermen [Turn 31 IP Update Day
IcePack wrote:Speaking of suggestions for 2.0, any ideas on how to keep lower fame / dying clans interested / engaged?
I was thinking some sort of prize for the individual who ends up with the most fame, but then even if the individual lords aren't in the running it still doesn't really encourage participation if you are low on the individual list.
Ideas for this are welcome
How about secondary prizes for the Houses that are pledges to the winning house?

Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown!
Exploring their world, earning renown!

It's here!

They still smell funny to me. I hope they use the Atlas to find a wash station.

This edition we could name both houses and lords. Does CR@Wv2 not allow for such a thing?
If not definitely captains for the banter.

v2 will name the houses as well of course, but what about the units - ships or captains? You'll also still name locations

Ah, I was mistaken about the concept then. I dont check here often. I still like captains.
