Of course, participating will expose your knight/house to fame making them identifiable to more people

Another thought on this is to allow non-participating volunteers to enter as knights from "far away lands" (this especially works if you go to a mini-CR@W format).
These knights could then be hired as mercenaries from the tavern with their price being based on how well they did in tourney. Hired knights would be a permanent addition and would share in the prizes for whichever clan wins. You could cap the hiring at 1 mercenary knight per house.

Re: CLAN REALMS at WAR: the Bannermen [Turn 31 IP Update Day
Speaking of suggestions for 2.0, any ideas on how to keep lower fame / dying clans interested / engaged?
I was thinking some sort of prize for the individual who ends up with the most fame, but then even if the individual lords aren't in the running it still doesn't really encourage participation if you are low on the individual list.
Ideas for this are welcome

Depending what you do
if you make joust arena that should bring fame of house up (1-1 duels)
if you make feudal war that should bring some gold to your house (multi game)
you can also incorporate something like ladder

You're going to have to change them again because Turn 31 is now officially updated.

Re: CR@W: the Bannermen [Turn 32 Clan Submit Due Aug 2nd]
Couple notes:
1) I added the ability to "comment" on the master page(s) now. You can notify on that page directly now if you notice a issue with diplomacy, or fame is off, even the Lord Fame (though see Note 3 below)
2) commenting seems to have really helped keep a couple clans sheetes correct and answer their questions so thats awesome
3) the only page that isn't currently "up to date" 100% is the Bard: Lords tab on the Public Info of the Realm.
We have a new spreadsheet we are working on and hope to have that kept up to date in the next little while using automation.
4) I get email notifications of the comments, so its pretty easy for me to know who commented (not username, but which House) and go directly there to answer the comments. If its a correction, those will get corrected & "resolved". If its a question, I'll answer it and you can resolve it (or I will if its old and your comments are stacking up).
Cheers

Re: CR@W: the Bannermen [Turn 33 Clan Submit Due Aug 9th]
Just to be clear, any of the Houses that got the favor PM:
You can choose at any point (as long as you are still favored) in the game
You can use it now, or try to kill another cursed lord within 13 to earn the next level of favors. Same deal as before, they demand their souls, more fame executed = more favor gained.
