Do you mean not much difference between freestyle and sequential? Even in 2-player there's a difference - you both play simultaneously.

I find it frustrating. I'm studying the map, I make my decision, but things have changed by the time I attack. You can attack 4v1 and find a 10-stack defending when your results appear. Fun for some people, but I prefer a more relaxed pace.

I presume it also means if you go last in a given round, and your opponent misses the next round, you do as well.

Yes, and your opponent can jump in immediately after you start the next turn, so you can't do damage first before he gets is armies.

I hate that. Hope I don't have to play much Freestyle games. ;)

So if I'm to understand correctly this is going to be 18 games each edition of the championships (being 10 in a division).
Could I suggest that considering the enormous number of players curently subscribed that there should be something like 2 division 2, 4 division 3, 8 division 4 and so on? It would be a lot easier to reach the top division.

And btw, how many places will promote/relegate each season?

If I can still join the games, if not I'm the first reserve.

I think freestyle on 1v1 may be fairer but it is absolutely crazy. I played my first 1v1 as a freestyle and got torn apart

About all this freestyle nonsense you are all talking about my opinion is that freestyle should be banned in tournaments but hey, if this tournament allows it than that's the situation and I don't see all the fuss about it :P

OK I changed it.

At the moment though this tourny can't start due to ak iceman revoking my privileges bexause I forgot to return a survey that I was 'invited' to complete.

Please see my other tourny cc world championship for a more detailed explanation.

yorkiepeter wrote:To find your games please put in tourny field on find game option 'Div n xxx' where n is the number of your division and xxx is the first 3 letters of the home players name.

Maybe easier to just search for Div n, and then join all games of your name and 1 each of the other players names. This way you only have to search once to see all games in your division and not search 10 times.

I'm in all 18. Let's get started!!!!

I joined all my games and I won my 2 against RiskyMadden :D

I'm not sure if we're supposed to tell you game numbers or if we won or not but I can give them to you if you want.

You labeled my division games "art" and not "arb." I'm going to assume they're mine as everyone else is listed. Am I correct in this assumption?

Also, how will this work for non-premium members, since we most likely won't be able to join all the games by the end of June, much less complete them...

Thanks.

yeah, i think on the first 2 games i had the wrong pw. unfortunately once a game has been made it cannot be deleted or amended, but i have created 9 games for spi that are correct

yes correct, sorry 'bout that the eyesight is starting to fail...

problem with not joining games within 15 days is that the system automatically deletes them. I think for next season i will create only half the games and wait 2 weeks to create the other half....you could also pay your 20 bucks - worth it just for this league
