How much of an mod edit are you trying to be exactly? To what extent are you aware of our recruitment and training of other players? I'd love to know. Many of our current players were only mediocre to begin with and now they're solid team players to be reckoned with. I've also dedicated lots of time into helping other players who aren't yet ready for a clan. Recruitment is also something that's constantly active, but to judge a clan when you know nothing of their internal matters is both stupid and disrespectful.

Furthermore, don't be so narrow minded. A clan can die because the main core decides they no longer want to play Conquer Club. Sure if the clan folds it's on them, but it's not about laying blame. I don't really understand how you can lead a clan that's barely even top 20 for so long and make derogatory comments towards others.

Regarding roster size, we've always kept it relatively small. That's not an issue.

benga wrote:My comment was directed about both feeling too weak to compete, so together they will be stronger.

Where did I say our clan feels too weak to compete? Do you even know why we're not participating in CL9? I've said many times we want to focus on wars rather than the small matches provided by the League. It works better for us and we enjoy it more, so coming into this season we're acting on that. Where did I ever say we're too weak to compete or complain about the differences between #1 and #10? You may see other players doing it, but not us, so do not include is in your assumption.

Funny to see two people I like being absolute idiots.

Your comments say far more about yourself than they do about me.

Ignorance, arrogance and incorrect assumptions are things I find infuriating. You should know better. My comments show that I have an attitude; I don't think that's a secret.

With 59 games ongoing, TOFU is theoretically out of the competition for #1 spot.
3 clans are still in the race, with slight chances for LHDD and fair chances for TOP and S&M.

Quite disappointed at the AFOS results this year, unfortunately during the competition we lost active players: Craig25, Paddy The Cat, Butters1919, ItzPetey, Bujaber, Jdsizzleslice, bahrain & latterly Tommygun64...all excellent players.
Oh well, see you in CL9 where we will top the 2nd Division ;)

I know how that feels. Aeternus have lost spudulica, pleve, dlaves, Buffaloed, Gods dad, subprime and others. Five of those players all achieved the rank of general at one point or another.

While the race for the title is certainly exciting, there is also a very close photo finish in mid-table.
FOED could finish as high as 5th or as low as 7th. Exciting, right!? \:D/
It all depends on two crucial deciding OSA & Fallen games and TOP at least breaking even in the final round... 8-[

The_Samurai wrote:I posted the lost of interest that RET developed over time about the clan league Premiership a couple of weeks ago. I think this table explains quite well where it comes from - just look at the difference in points between the last few clans and the top clans.

Huh? What do you expect? That's how leagues work. There are Top teams, mid-table teams and relegation battlers.
In this case, there is a very evenly matched Top 4, a 3-way scrap to finish in the top half, Pack who are safe and relegated clans.
Then there's your clan in particular that should be interested in the finale, since yourselves and ATN are neck and neck to avoid the drop...

I am still trying to get over someone picking S&M to be relegated...I'll admit I've been picking them to be resurgent for a long time and somewhat gave up on that by picking them 3rd for league, but relegated? Just no.

I must say that Top is showing its skill and resiliency.

They are still in the lead and havent given up points yet when their backs were against the wall.

4-4 and 2-6 against FOED. Looks like 6-2/7-1 and 6-2/5-3 against AFOS.

Is this an argument against the idea of merging? It seems like you both could benefit from having additional players. Mutual benefits.

No, it isn't. AFOS has members that were previously removed from ATN. I was simply posting to update those potentially interested in the fight to stay in the Premier Division, although it's kinda funny since we won't be playing CL9 anyway, and I don't think RET are either. Also, we have always been a small clan, that's ideal for us; we just suffered in recent times due to veteran players leaving the site.

Ahh that makes way more sense. Good luck filling those shoes!

Awwwwwww crap Caff, really? :(
Both ATN & RET brought some quality to the league.
The Prem will be a lesser place without you guys.

Will we have an 11 team league or 4 coming up? :-s

Don't be disappointed because of lower result. S&M for example finished 5th and 6th in last two Leagues but now we are again in race for #1 spot. Some seasons come to be bad, there are others to shine.
