Resign Option???

Why do I see it as an option on sometimes and not other times? It's annoying.

The resign option has been implemented for speed trench games only. And only for 1vs1 and poly.
It is available round 10 in 1vs1 and round 6 in poly games.
Depending how this will be used, abused, loved or hated by the community it may be later available for other games.

a resign button would:

1. Take some of the prolonged misery out of a game where the player knows he or she doesn't have a chance.

2. Allow a player to get out of the way of other players who still have a fighting chance.

Re: 2, it can also totally swing the battle. Someone who might of had to fight you off and allow the others to build a fighting force now can totally ignore you and win the game that wasn't over until you quit

im in a game where all my opponents countries went white.(except one)
Have they quit or got booted?
Could someone let me no whats happened?
The game particularly "blew" chunks, the algo was especially horrible, if thats a clue or not, no idea.
Thx for any ideas.

Look at the log:

2017-04-16 17:39:41 - LUNA TU was kicked out for missing too many turns in round - 3
2017-04-17 17:39:41 - f.lee123 was kicked out for missing too many turns in round - 3

If a player misses 3 turns in a row (note not 3 turns total but in a row) then they are kicked out of the game and turn to neutral.
