Well (apart from the silly women dressing up as a vulva and saying that they are dressing up as a vagina) you really should have complemented her on her uterus because that's what really makes a "womb" man. Consider the word well, for it shows the social nature of women. It is uter-us not uter-me.
Note those silly women dressing up as a vulva and saying that they are dressing up as a vagina are all about "me" so perhaps they have a uterme after all.
