64 players for a Terminator Sequential Escalating Unlimited tournament. All maps will be determined randomly.
All players will be seeded by point level and will be placed in one of 16 4 person divisions. There will be 4 games played each round and the top two players in each division will advance to the next round. The 4 games in each round will be on 4 different maps.
1st Place in each game receives 5 pts
2nd receives 2 pts
3rd receives 1pt
4th receives none.
The games in each round will start no more than one week apart. The 2nd game of the round will start one week after the first begins. So you could potentially have 4 tourney games going at once, though with it being 4-player and escalating, you probably won't. Nevertheless, this tourney will be a challenge for non-premium members.
Each round, players will be reseeded and will be placed in new divisions until we reach one group left. At that point there will be four games played as normal and the player with the highest point total in the final round wins.
If there are any ties the player with the highest point total in the previous rounds combined will continue on. If there is still a tie, the player with the highest win total. If this is tied then I will flip a coin.
All players must join their games within 48 hours of being sent a pm or they will be replaced.
