I apologize for the delay and thank you all for your patience. If you have any questions or concerns about scoring or the schedule, please PM me. And now, without further ado... Here is the current Top 10


1. (5-0) Beast of Burson - What a start! The Beast is having himself a MONSTER tourney so far, adding 186 points to his CC score while maintaining an undefeated record.

2. (5-0) Jimmy V - the early SEC leader is off to a great start, trailing the overall leader by less than 3 points.

3. (4-1) 1/2nuts1/2genius - is nearly half way to a tournament showing, though he trails Beast of Burson in both overall AND Big 12 standings.

4. (4-1) dowian2- the third member of the Big 12 to crack the top 5! This is shaping up to be an incredibly competitive division.

5. (4-1) iAmCaffeine - despite an excellent start, Caffeine, like dowian2 and 1/2nuts1/2genius, has an uphill battle against a conference rival (Jimmy V at the #2 spot).

6. (5-0) Evil Semp - with an undefeated record, Evil Semp's only fault is starting the season with a low score. Though if he keeps up this tempo, he'll crack the top-5 in no time.

7. (4-1) King_Herpes - the lone Big East / AAC member in the top 10, he has benefited from two forfeits already. Can he keep ahead of his rivals as conference play begins?

8. (4-1) barley - the only ACC team in the top 20! barley might have a spot in the tournament locked down before conference play even begins!

9. (4-1) Vonkillenoffen - A little slow out of the gate with an opening loss, but currently riding a 4-game winning streak.

10. (3-2) danervinsucks - The current Pac 12 leader, though Fuzzy 316, torres44cm, and chidone are hot on his heals at #'s 13, 14, & 15, respectively.

Here is the top 10 through Week 7! Look for Week 8 / 9 invites sometime tonight or tomorrow...

2. (6-1) Beast of Burson - The Beast may have cooled off a bit, dropping a close game to Big 12 rival, 1/2nuts1/2genius. While still leading his conference in the tournament rankings, he falls a game behind harvmax (yes, #36 harvmax) for the Conference lead. A showdown against dowian2 just became a must-win.

3. (7-0) Evil Semp - He might feel cheated out of a top-2 spot, being undefeated and all. But... he's playing like a champion, and if he keeps winning, good things will happen.

4. (5-2) dowian2- dowian is the best of a slew of 5-2 teams. He and fellow top-5 Big 12 rivals, Beast of Burson and 1/2nuts1/2genius, each hold a 1-1 conference record. Dowian must improve on that if he wants to make a championship run.

5. (5-2) 1/2nuts1/2genius - though a loss to harvmax in week 7 cost him the conference lead, a big win over Beast of Burson in week 6, keeps 1/2nuts1/2genius in the hunt.

6. (5-2) iAmCaffeine - a tough loss to Jimmy V in week 7 costs Caffeine a spot in the rankings and propelled his conference rival into the overall number 1 spot. He'll need some help if he wants a conference championship and a possible 1st-round tournament bye.

8. (5-2) torres44cm - torres cracks the top 10 for the first time, opening conference play with an impressive 2-0 record and hot on the heals of conference rival, danervinsucks.

9. (5-2) King_Herpes - The only member in the top 10 to benefit from more than one forfeit. However, he is also the only member of his conference in the top 10 (though, there are 5 others in the top 25!).

10. (5-2) Vonkillenoffen - Puddleglum snapped his 5-game winning streak. However, Vonkillenoffen remains the lone Big 10 member in the top 10, a conference with a mere 3 players in the top 25. It's bound to get easier from here... right?

Invitations for Weeks 11 and 12 are out! And here are the Top 10 standings through Week 10! (The accompanying spreadsheet will be uploaded ASAP)



1. (9-1) Jimmy V - A 9-game winning streak finally comes to an end against vykingsfan64. He'll have to settle for an SEC-leading 4-1 record, and the tie-breaker over #3 iAmCaffeine. An all-but guaranteed playoff birth.

2. (8-2) dowian2 - After a questionable 5-2 start, dowian is on a 4-game winning streak and has a 1-game lead in the Big 12.

3. (8-2) iAmCaffeine - Sitting pretty at the overall #3 spot. iAmCaffeine could still win the SEC outright, but will need some help from Jimmy V...

4. (8-2) barley - Is in a 3-way tie with hjelp and Jim1086 for the ACC lead with a 4-1 record. As if that wasn't enough, barley plays them both in Weeks 11 and 12! Can you say 'pressure'?

5. (8-2) Evil Semp - A season of contrasts, with an 8-2 overall record and a 3-2 conference record. Evil Semp is 1 game out of the Big 10 title. A playoff run is likely, but will require some more work to get there.

6. (7-3) chidone - With a 4-1 PAC 12 record and tie-breakers over danervinsucks AND torres44cm, chidone is favored to win the conference.

7. (6-4) Beast Of Burson - A deadbeat for the last 3 games and can't take additional invites. A real shame after such a promising start. **Sigh**

8. (7-3) danervinsucks - danervinsucks and torres44cm face off in Week 11, with the winner likely taking 2nd in the conference and a playoff birth on the line.

9. (7-3) Lord_Bremen - Holds a 1-game lead in the Big East / AAC standings. A critical game against King_Herpes in Week 11 will determine the conference champion.

10. (7-3) torres44cm - torres clawed into the top ten after a forgettable 0-2 start. That was followed by an impressive 6-game winning streak. But a loss to chidone has put playoff hopes in jeopardy. A win against danervinsucks in Week 11 would go a long way...

TO hasn't responded to PM, last connection with the site was back in 4th of July, this tournament is now labeled "Needing Rescue". If it is not rescued within a week it will be considered abandoned.
