Re: WoT:Mem of Light [16/20] D3: Screams from the soul
I'm fine with hammering, but not right now - I'll wait until tonight or tomorrow, unless people want me to hold off. mandy, if you are town, do you still believe it would be useful to town if you were to die without knowledge of your night actions? Wing, I've tried staring at your posts, and I have no clue what you're on about, so you were right about people not seeing it. BuJ, what makes you think mitch's new character is scum? And does it have to do with just mitch, or does it include how William18 played? My thought on Tim was that he wanted out, which is why he was trying to get lynched, but now with his attempt at hammer, that seems less likely, since it means he is checking up on the game. Ragian, besides him being inactive, what makes you suspicious of aage?
Am I the only one who finds it strange that only one person has votes on them this deep in the day? (all the other people with votes on them only had 1 vote, and that vote was switched over to mandy)
fp'd by tim, doom. 16 alive takes 9 to lynch - when it's an even number, it's 50% + 1. when it's odd (like, 15), you can either look at it as 50% round up, or 50% round down + 1.

Those who have been actively scumhunting and keeping up with the game will see what my posts are saying, those who have not will not.
Its very simple.
Me actually explaining defeats the point.

Re: WoT:Mem of Light [16/20] D3: Screams from the soul
@Marashu You have it backwards. If I believed that it would be useful to town to make my Night actions a public knowledge, I would already post them. However I do not, and I DO think that it would be against MY interests as a Mafia player to make a policy of granting wishes to the people who are bandwagoning me.

What a load of bull. Like shouting under water this is.
@Mar, it was D2 he came off as odd to me. I can't point to one post, one thing, or something and say that that is why I suspect him. I just get the sense that something is off. How do you interpret the fact that no one else has any votes on them? That scum is on the wagon because we're lynching town or because they want town cred on an inevitable lynch?

Newguy is absent so hasnt made any moves either way.
Bujaber has spent the day distancing himself from Mandy, check it out. U-turn since yesterday.
Re: WoT:Mem of Light [16/20] D3: Screams from the soul
That and he doesn't think I'm scum. We always rub each other the wrong way in these games.

Don't worry, we'll lynch you soon.
Re: WoT:Mem of Light [16/20] D3: Screams from the soul
@sam, what are your thoughts on Wing at this point?

Re: WoT:Mem of Light [16/20] D3: Screams from the soul
I've had a pretty busy week, been rereading mostly while on the site. I'll share some thoughts I guess.
I don't trust Wing and I don't trust BuJ. The former is latching on to Storr and the latter has been latching on to me, much more so than a regular mistrustful townie would. I can only imagine it's because people are reading me and Storr as town and they're looking for some sort of legitimacy. Wing is also pretending his posts contain secret messages that we have to find on our own... If you have something to say, say it instead of wasting our time with this cloak and dagger nonsense.
I'm aware they are currently top posters but BuJ is remarkably passive while Wing is remarkably aggressive, which is not Wing's normal play. I can't tell if they are town trying to get read as town to lynch their suspects, or scum trying to get read as town to justify their lynch targets. We'll see after Mandy flips I suppose.
Mandy going meta on his defense is super scummy.
Tim is being weird.
Lynching mandy seems inevitable, I suppose we'll see how he flips soon(tm). I'm honestly tempted to hammer but that would be premature.

Really wing, THAT's how you read my posts? You keep telling everyone they're missing the point and you missed it yourself.
I never defended mandy. I was on board with him as a lynch target even in day 2. I just wanted more stuff to come out in D3 because I feel that town in general are continuing to play somewhat blindly. Also with so many potential busdrivers, typical (I have no idea how rish structured this) town-roles like doctor, vigilante, cop, etc.. are inherently weaker because they can't guarantee they target who they want.

I'm not defending myself. I have accepted that I'm going to be lynched and have been discussing the meta to pass the time.
I figure that if people are willing to lynch a major Dark character then there is nothing more that I can say to change their minds. Either Light are as numerous as Dark and there is no "Town" in the usual sense or this game is played by some logic that some other players understand better then I do (I'm not being sarcastic, btw, I have already lost in one game (War on Terror) by failing to grasp the logic of the game that other players were able to understand. It happens.)

This is your take-away? And not the fact that Storr is apparently voting for himself? Clearly someone is playing with the votes.

So Tim has the power to make someone vote for themselves at the cost of his own vote......
This is blatantly his version of subtle cover up
