Look on the bright side ... the Winter is Coming to reset everything .. and next time we will all remember to set some round limit on our games ... maybe 30 or 50 rounds to make sure we have an out.

Dhall,

This is actually a first for the Ladder. I saw the game and I see where you are coming from. We have no system in place to end this peacefully...

Even if you two were to replay this game on a different map, you're still going to have to follow Steve's settings of Zombie, Fog, Parachute, Trench...that game could take just as long, if not longer (depending on the map).

Moving forward, we'll add a new rule to Ladder 5.0 stating a round limit of 30 turns. Most games are completed well within that limit.

I put all the blame for this SNAFU on Steve...totally his fault and he should be castrated with a rusty spoon... :o :lol: :shock: :D :?

Face it .... the bugger found a way to stay on the top of the ladder without having to keep fighting others. Nobody else gets to challenge for it while this battle continues.

The game you posted has 30 round limit. At the end of the round the winner will be who has most troops and if a tie in troops then it comes to who holds the most regions.

Nope...Only trench restrictions are there can be no poly trench games.
