So this is a preliminary sign up for this game. I will not start this game with any less than 20 people. If i can't get 20 i will start over and wait until there is more activity. This main post will be updated as I can.
Also: Keep in mind this is a Rish Game. Expect non-standard roles and setup. You have been warned.

1. Moderator
1. If I make a mistake( ), I will try and fix it.
2. I have the final word. Do not try to argue.
3. Vote Counts will come every day or as asked. (If I just did one, then don't ask.)
2. Voting, Lynching, and Ending the Day
a. All votes and unvotes must be in color and I would really prefer bold. If they are not, they will not be tallied.
b. You are not required to unvote before placing a new vote.
c. Lynching requires a majority of the town vote, once the majority has been reached any unvotes will not be counted. The majority is half the player's alive +1.
d. You may vote ‘no lynch’ to end the day without a death.
e. Without a Majority I will enforce a Plurality Lynch.
3. Day/Night Lengths
a. All days will be 10 days and will end at 12pm EST. (Or the next time I get on after this has expired)
b. All nights will be 48 hours.
c. Extensions
An extension may be granted for a day if requested by 3 separate people.
Extensions will be for 48 hours.
There can be two extensions per day and no night extensions will be given.
4. Be attentive and active in the game
. You must post at least once every 72 hours (3 days)
First time not posting, will result in a prod.
Second time will probably result in being replaced.
a. Try not to double post except to EBWOP.
b. If something prevents you from participating for a long period of time, announce it in this thread, the vacation thread, AND via PM to rishaed.
5. What Not To Do (Breaking these rules can earn you a mod kill)
. Do not quote any PM's you receive from the moderator or another player. You may say your name, role, associated abilities.
a. The game will not be discussed outside this thread, unless your role specifically says you can.
b. Do not edit/delete previous posts.
c. You cannot talk at night in this game.
d. Once your death scene has been posted, you can no longer post anything related to the game.
6. Behavior
. Be nice and do not make personal jabs at other game players.
a. Try not take anything personal.
b. Understand that some players may be new, be accomodating.
c. As much as possible keep it clean, I’m not a big fan of cussing, too much and I may give a warning, then if it continues modkill.

Two Major Things to Note: This game will begin on N0, and not D1. Also, for this game lynches will be done on Plurality. The person with the most votes at the end of the day will be lynched. There will be run-offs if there are multiple people with the same number of votes. Please keep this in mind.

Looking at the setup, im trimming it to 18. However if there are people who still want in You have until next wednesday to sign up before the game starts. I can add a few roles without ruining the current setup up to 24 probably.

Not exactly... you can put me down for a reserve, though. I don't even know what Wheel of Time is but I had some friends in the games club of college that read it, or something.

OMGUS. I kinda think we should really vote you before the game starts instead of Rish and let him mod his game...

BTW. This gave me incredible idea of .. THIS. Why not have a pregame while signups are open... and the person with most votes when the game is about to start... is N0 killed/lynched... could be fun while waiting to start the game. Of course it would lead to D1 without joke votes, but the pregame would be kind of a jokevote stage, so D1 would start completely serious...

then... a pregame in which whoever gets lynched doesn't get a power role... or even better, gets a post restriction role OR whoever gets lynched is unable to post D1 etc.... yeah, it would be purely luck thing, but could complicate things... in a funny way. OR pregame lynchee gets "innocent child" which is boring by itself... that one could work as well
