If you are implying it was me...it wasn't I've missed one turn in a clan game and that was in round nine of an already all but lost game against RA in CC5, due to falling asleep early ...what is sad is I can describe what I was going to try to do and what the board looked like in great detail...not that its burned into my long term memory or anything...

I made some mistakes. One in a W2.1 game, which bothered me since it was a home game. I played 14 games. I tend to get drafted into away games that we don't have specialists for. Its difficult for me to play that number of games (and particularly away games I'm not super familiar with) mistake free. There are people out there who could play flawlessly for that number of games, but I am usually not one of them.

I'm not here to talk about any mistakes anyone else may have made. I'll publicly call out myself because I can handle it, but the rest stays internal.

There aren't many other scenarios that could make this more exciting...

Yes, if it is a successful turn the game will remain in doubt. If it is a dice fail it could be all but over.

Wow... honestly can't believe this! What a finish! We had so many games to win at a certain moment that even our clan didn't believe that it was possible and we are almost there!

This finish was crazy lucky... I remember the day I went in the forum to anounce that we were done on gallipoli, no chance for a comeback.... So I get on our CL7 thread, and there Mishalex had just announced that NZ was completely lost... Since hive was completely lost; we needed a miracle winning 3 against tofu... Poison rome looking bad, usa 2.1 was even, and all the rest was declared a sure loss.
So I came here to congratulate fallen, because we had no chance to win anymore.
Not to mention that we had to come back out of nowhere on a third crusade game agaist RET to steal a point... And that we had this das schloss game against FALL pending during monthes.... And that they didn't seem to notice they were still completely able to win it. We let them take some terts on players we wanted to team kill on the last round, had they noticed it was a trap, they would've won the league!

Anyways, dice turned completely both on poison rome and NZ at the same time, and we tried to sieze the oportunity for another month.

It's pretty sweet to take our revenge from fallen who beat us by 1 in the CC5 semi finals last year, and now to beat them by 1 game to win the CL7 first division of the closest edition ever!

Well, let s wait cause maybe blue can still pull great stuff, he has the stack, so it s not completely over before we can really celebrate!

But this was a great competition, only dice could decide this between fall, tofu and lhdd.
