Those of you that have it stated in your role that you may talk may confer with each other via pms. Those with actions need to submit them to me. Day will start Tuesday morning unless I get all actions before then.

During the night, many things started to take place. A rumor was heard that Iran was helping out ISIS. An airstrike was called in to try to eliminate them. Unfortunately, it was bad intel and an innocent civilian died. Upon hearing of this innocent dying, someone new from the mideast decided that they needed to go after the western devils to avenge Iran.

I guess D2 starts here.

So I was right, Mandy first mentioned NATO, and Tobikera first mentioned villagers, which combined made my role. After all Mandy was lynched, while Mitch copy pasted all what I said into his role.

Language suggests it wasn't an ISIS kill.

Possible doctor role? Or is the point just to recruit everyone before they all get eliminated?

It's kind of a moot point now but Mandy played very strangely in my opinion. I was surprised when he flipped.

mitch does seem like a good choice actually.

I agree that mitch is the obvious answer. However, let's not jump the gun before everyone has had a chance to pitch in. From the looks of it, ISIS can't kill, but only recruit, yes? Like a cult.

No. I am saying I stated in the thread that Epi was my no. 1 cult recruiter suspect and I voted to lynch Mandy.

But turns out they are my brethren.

Epi was killed last night, so someone is killing. Who called in the airstrike that killed Epi? Not one of the villagers.
Also, someone appears to have gotten recruited on N1. That's a net loss of three NATO-sided villagers on D1/N1.
If this keeps up, the game will be over quickly.

Something doesn't make sense to me.
Even if we kill one ISIS every day, we potentially stand to lose 2 villagers every night,
one to a straight kill and one to conversion (unless the recruiter can only act on odd nights).
In this scenario, the NATO-sided villagers can't win, because we lose a net 1 villager every night.
Even if we started the game with 13 villagers and one ISIS warrior and one ISIS recruiter,
it will end the same, unless we get lucky and kill the recruiter.
Any other thoughts? I'm not as experienced in mafia games as some of y'all.

Surely, ISIS didn't send in an air strike on Iran. That doesn't make any sense. It seems that ISIS can't kill (which doesn't make sense to me either, but looking at the scene, they can't kill...unless, of course, someone got in their way).

If ISIS grows steadily, surely it gets easier to kill them rather than villagers at night.

Just doing the math. NATO-sided villagers (town) lost 2 killed and, presumably, one covert based on the night scene. Agree that as there are more scum, there's a better chance to lynch one, but if we continue to have one villager killed each night and one villager recruited, the math is all doom and gloom. Must be another explanation, or all is lost. I know nothing more than this, what y'all can read for yourselves in the thread. I am a NATO-sided villager, as stated before, unrecruited.
