I been playing a game at British isles starting with 5 people and noticed when it got down to only 4 the green player samsonnathan is making plays that won't help him win at all and I thought it looks kinda funny. plus samsonnathan would attack me even tho he couldnt get anywhere with it and other players attack him but he doesn't even try for a bonus. then next turn red player Nathanial out of nowhere eliminates a yellow player that doesn't have many cards and has almost 20 troops for no reason but yellow never had problems with red or even a bonus and i was already winning and way ahead of basically everybody. i thought for sure i would win easy cuz now there's only 3 players and i am way ahead and samsonnathan play is like he is clueless. but then Nathanial goes at only me every time and samsonnathan does too but isnt even getting spoils or trying a bonus he almost has and it makes no sense. i see people play clueless all the time and know it isn't positive cheating but it looks too weird so I look at the games samsonnathan plays and he did only 12 so far and the first two he plays with Nathanial and Nathanial won one and the other is the game im playing now and Nathanial looks like he is gonna win when samsonnathan is playing against me the way he is. i looked at Nathanials games too and he only plays 2 player games almost every time but then plays these two out of nowhere. i had been making hints at them for many rounds cuz i thought he is going to get scared about getting busted and stop but it just keeps going so I said some stuff in chat uppercase that is obvious to see for a response. then samsonnathan said this;

the play is obvious if u see they r on different sides and never attack at each other but even if not from the play there still is no doubt because this guy admits it. maybe i can't prove Nathanial is involved but I shouldn't need to play with samsonnathan in the game anymore cuz he already said he breaks the rules like its no problem.

I didnt realise it only took 9 or so hours to drive from Belgium to the UK.

So your flagging the possibility that he plays a turn in the UK, gets in his car, drives to Belgium, plays samsonnathan's turn, presumably at an internet cafe and then gets back in his car and drives home.

I guess its possible. Does make my VPN suggestion seem a little far fetched.

Also if you check out the last log in times of the two samsonnathans you will see they both logged in on the same day as the later one was created. Nothing too remarkable though, he did admit to having both accounts, but he is unlikely to have used them for cheating because on hasnt been used since the other was created.

And I am also not going to explain how it's done, but it's totally possible to log in with two different IPs from the same computer at the same time. Not sure what kind of security CC has, but, there are people out there willing to try anything and I do know it's possible because I have caught people out on that crap myself (not on CC of course). Also, you can figure out if someone is using a VPN or not.

I'm doubting that's the case here, but it would be hilarious.

Just to note that the original claim did not hold, and I never had any bad intent.
If I would not have been honest about my old account this would probably have stayed unnoticed as well, and I would have been cleared...

As for the reason why I logged in to my old account the day I created the new one: Just to change the emailaddress of the old one, so I would be able to reset passwords and so on on my intended new account while using the emailaddress I preferred.

I realise I broke rule #1 and admit it was pretty stupid of me, so I won't complain about that.

Note to everyone: I will finish all my games I am currently playing in, but won't start new games for the foreseeable future, as I am disappointed by how this is handled by the community. Especially the sort of resentful comment placed on my wall: ("hope that was worth your premium!!!") (no it wasn't).

Samson, most of us were making jokes in here about Nathaniel because he is a dumbass and accuses everyone of cheating that he plays with. The jibes in here weren't about you. It would be funny if he did in fact have a multi though.

As for what you did, it was indeed dumb. That's why we have a scoring system, so people earn/lose points as they go. Starting over kinda defeats the purpose of the scoreboard, even if you weren't using both accounts. In all honestly, I would take this one on the chin regarding the premium since what you did was against the rules and you already admitted this much. People can be really mean on the internet, I've just had to grow a thicker skin and ignore them (most of the time). They'll have forgotten all about you in a week and it'll be someone else instead who will likely have done something much worse than you.
