@storr ok thanks I was just wondering not ruling anything out.. just seemed a bit easy for us if he is scum.. Ppl were already wanting to get rid of him day 1 because of the annoying spelling issues

Post Restriction could mean a strong role that is individually balanced by the PR - Non alignment indicative.
It could also mean a weak role that is designed to distract from stronger teammates. - Again non alignment indicative.
It could also be any intermediate position. Without knowing the full game balance its difficult to tell. And without knowing what Streaker and Dakky call "balanced" in a bastard game its impossible.

I agree since knowing that Marashu is insane. But surely scum will block him henceforth. Also, I don't look forward to losing a strong player.

I wonder if the apples make people delusional, or some such... but that might be too simplistic.

Hotshot flipped as a survivor - therefore minimal threat to town. That is a FACT.
IB made a bold play D1. It is this action that makes him town and not the result. I think IB was misguided, either by misunderstanding or deliberately by the mods. I also know that IB loves lynching 3rd parties in contrast to my own beliefs.
So to be clear, I think IB was WRONG, I also think IB is town.
Peoples reactions tell us more than a cop investigation. If you are planning to wait for a cop to save the game then town will lose. Mafia is not about using roles to outplay your opponent, it is about seeing through all the crap.
Now answer the question.
Who has a higher trust score in your scale?
Rage - its a shame, but Storr is bringing back a good player with a strong role. Its the best play he can make by the sounds of it. Oh what I could have done with that role in Rish's game if Strike hadnt blown me up....
Look I do not wish to beat a dead horse here. HS was bad for Town in every way. Just because he was a survivor does not mean he was pro town. There is nothing to misunderstand when you are told that if a player is left is not eliminated he will cause great harm to town. Survivors do NOT CARE how they win so long as they win. They win with anyone. That is not good for Town. Sure someone can make an argument how an action was beneficial at some point by a third party survivor but in the end if they have a choice to win by screwing Town they will do so.
I also suspect there is more to Storr then what has been posted.

Fare enuf, but you yerself have sed you dont like Towns dying widdout giving out as mutch helpful informashun as dey can. If you are Town and have awreddy committed to sacrifising yerself, pleese tell us as mutch as you can about how you lerned dat you can do dis, and post any reeds you havent awreddy posted before you do anytink. Anytink dat mite be useful to Town in teh future.
Also, can you say why you were dropping hints like dat? Who were dey intended for? It seems to me dat if you are Town, and wot you are going to do is pro-Town, it wood have been better to just keep quite about it. I get dat you mite not have wanted to state it openly for feer of been blocked by Mafia, but wot I dont get is why not keep completely silent until its done? Mafia cood have picked up on teh hints too, you know, and blocked you. I want to know why you thort dat risk was werth taking.

That's gonna have too wait fer tomorow - almost 1am hear an I have other stuff too do. If I have time, I mite even post a full list, Becorse most playas are untested by investimagashuns, most of my scores wil have an astericks next to dem indikating dis. Dat's becorse I don't trust texchual analisis neerly as mutch as you do - simply becorse their is nuthing, eggsept reel-life intervenshun, stopping a playa frum taking teh time to eggamine his intended posts frum orl angels before hitting 'submit', and thereby eliminating most, if not orl, slip-ups. It's not teh same as face-to-face intervews where their are body language tells dat are hard to avoid.
In my 'system', witch is still evolving, dis being just my secund game, untested playas can get a max score of 70/100 - moderately trusted. To get day, playas have to post farely frekwently and make sum original contribushuns to teh scum hunt etc. Also, voting pattern must check out.

Could have been me.
While I have seen you in the forum, not as much as Mets, or at least I have not had as much discussion with you as mets. Also, your postings here seem pretty consistant with what I would expect, given the game parameters.
In other words, both of your posts actually make me think you are not town.
both you and ragian cam out against me almost as soon as I posted, saying my lack of posting made me guilty. Maybe it IS my inexperience, but it seems that such instant accusations are rather suspicious.
Then I see some interesting alignments in the votes... and my suspicions keep growing.
At this point, there is literally no one I am fully confident on trusting, but some come much closer than others and some seem pretty "scummy" (per the game) to me. More lynches/night deaths will tell.. hopefully not show that town is dead.

Mets-- what you said about layers and layers is, of course true. That said, I now I am town. If you are mafia, you probably know I am town as well (or at least not mafia). Ginkapo and Ragian both came out against me from the get-go, so either they are lynchers or something else negative. Wing Gink kept up with the attacks for some time. Ragian backed off, but never rescinded. Leads me to conclude that R is probably not a lyncher or for another reason is backing off. Not willing to say OK yet, though I am beginning to lean that way. (maybe.. lol.. too many twists).
Going to go back and reread the many posts, if I survive the night.

I would not want to bring someone back from the dead. I would be afraid that they would be a zombie and start to eat townies especially with this being a bastard game. Stor don't off yourself to try to bring back the dead and stay beneficial to town.

Player two questions for you -
Armed with the knowledge that Lyncher tends to only have one target (and its usually a specific role not player) do you believe that you are my target if I am indeed a lyncher?
Do you genuinely feel that I have been attacking you, when we look in comparison at my attitude towards Aladdin?
In a game this size there will need to be at least six mafia players (or they've gone trully bastard mod and there is just a tonne of 3rd party players/cult), so keeping track of which approximately six players I think are mafia is useful. I believe you to be in this list. I am currently not trying to lynch you though. If you dont want to be on my list then do something useful.
Look up OMGUS, why would a mafia player only attack town players? Therefore even if you believe me to be mafia, you cannot believe everyone I have on my list to be town.

Ragian, what makes you believe that scum have a roleblocker in this game? Is this confirmed or are you just postulating here

Well, my understanding is that anything can happen in a bastard game. Per you being a lyncher, I said it is a possibility. I know that said I was scum from about as soon as I posted.WingCmdr Ginkapo wrote:Player two questions for you -

shades of whatever. You have said, continue to label me "scum".WingCmdr Ginkapo wrote:Do you genuinely feel that I have been attacking you, when we look in comparison at my attitude towards Aladdin?
Like what? So far, the most logical move on my part is to say I consider you scum (game wise, of courseWingCmdr Ginkapo wrote:If you dont want to be on my list then do something useful.
I understood mafia's role is to defeat all town and thereby win? At any rate, I did not say I thought they would attack ONLY town. I am quite sure they may sacrifice a few to save the many.WingCmdr Ginkapo wrote:Look up OMGUS, why would a mafia player only attack town players? Also, if my understanding is correct, mafia would not necessarily differentiate between a third (or fourth) party and town. They would only know their own members, and would not be allied with the others, either.
Re: [SPECIAL] Surprise Mafia (22/28) N2 - Bloodthirsty Mods
WingCmdr is not a lyncher. any more talk about this is just dumb speculation and crazy talk. You want to call him something nasty you call him mafia. lyncher is such a terrible role to be trying to "play against" right now. there is literally 0 reason to call ANYONE in this game 3rd party of anything. call them scum or town. keep it simple. simplify the game, win the game

The thing is I can't continue without Streaker.... I can but I might be changing something he set in stone and I don't want that to happen before a discussion with him. And he wasn't online last 4 days.

I disagree. We have awreddy scene WhatShot and HotSausage flip 3P, and have no reeson to tink der arnt moor. It is inportent too make teh distinkshun becorse it bears on how we deel wit peepul. For eggsample, if we tink Wing is Mafia, we shood linch; if we tink he is lincher, we shood ignaw.
I still tink Wing is a lincher. He has been after me frum teh get-go, but has taken it eesy on other playas, even wen he corls them out - looks verry much like he only corls other playas out as a smokescreen to hide his lincherliness. Or maybe he has mulipul targets. But his enduring focus on me, despite not been abel too make a case dat holds worter, screems "lincher".
A kewstyun dat has been on my mind for a wile is: How is Wing a lincher and orso a member of teh cerkul jerk of twust? I tink teh anser is he is afiliating wit you guys just to keep orf yer radar, but isent acktually in a fackshun wit you.
As fer his endlessly repeeted gung-ho, over-teh-top "Let's kill Mafia!" refrain, which you, Storr, also indolge in: Yeh, guys, we know were hear to find and kill Mafia. Repeeting it endlessly just looks like yer trying too hard to look like Town, without been Town.
I had Storr at 55-60% trust, but his resunt responses re: brinking back Marashu have scene him slip below 50%.
