Re: Runoff Poll 1980-1984 Movies
Where's Dark Crystal? More importantly, where's Greystoke, Legend of Tarzan one of my top three all-time movies?
I voted anyway.

Re: Runoff Poll 1980-1984 Movies
I reluctantly would probably choose An Officer and a Gentleman.
At the time I would pick Cannonball Run without question but The Right Stuff has aged better.

Did you notice WarGames is on the list?

Airplane, Blues Brothers, Trading Places, IMHO....saw them when they came out...never tire of them. I would add Caddyshack, Planes Trains and Automobiles and Vacation....absolute classics and right up my alley

Since the forum is dead, but I need at least 40 votes to make the poll official.

The good thing about best is that it can also mean least bad.

The Meaning Of Life is a 1983 film, it should have been in the 80-84 poll.

this thread should be locked due to DY's half assed attempt at listing the greatest 80's movies.
