Well, I might hold another one. I have been thinking of making a new version Flat Rate in stead of Escalating maybe? Or do you think that might take to long?
Forza, it would be interesting and yes it would take long, I'd be interested if everybody involved were aware of the implications. It might help if there were less players per game.
OK, maybe 4 player games with Flat Rate is better. 6 player Flat Rate games can take very long. But I won't start it soon. First finish this one at least.
Well, since some players ended round 1 with the same amount of points, not all 6 players for the final are known. Currently a 2-player play-off game is running to determine the winner of group 4. And after that the loser of that game still has to play a play-off game with the runner-up from group 1 to determine who is the 2nd best runner-up.
When these both play-off games have ended, then I can start the final.

it is still going, we have to wait for a play off for group winner and then after that a play off for best runner up. Then the final can be played, so i would say probably 3-4 days

3 or 4 days. Well that is only the case if the players in the play-off games can arrange to play RT. If not, then it might take 2 few weeks.
But if you want to follow the progress of the game(s), then look at the 2nd post of this topic for the gamenumber(s).

I just started the runners-up play off. jako1230 and atr1989 will play-off for the last spot in the final. I randomly chose a map that neither of them won so far and that turned out to be Classic.
The runners-up play off is almost finished, most likely within the next turn, so I will set-up the first set of games for the final already now. First 13 games start today, next 12 on 13 June and last 12 (+ any new maps) on 18 June.
And to remind you, when players have the same amount of points in the final, then the first tie-breaker will be the number of points they had in round 1. When that is also equal a play-off game will be played to determine the winner.
