Sorry for the brief absence again guys. Still dealing with some stuff that's impeding my ability to post.

My reason to truly try and help town is it increases my odds of winning. If town wins on the D3/D4 lynch,i also win,this is the ideal situation for me.
In order to win with mafia i would have to survive to lylo,then hope mafia was willing to work with me,all while appearing town right until the end? Unlikely that i could swing that.
Every day/night cycle is just 2 more chances for me to die and thusly lose.
Town victory is my best chance here.

@Streaker: Good points on benga, I'd like to hear his response. As for dakky I'm not willing to let off just yet purely because distracting play like that is of no value. It is far more hinderance than help. I see no reason to push further however, given there's nothing else to be said.

That's me being undecisive. We increase our chances of lynching scum with your claim, but hp mafia showed just how detrimental it is to town for having athird party live, or even lead it.
I believe we should lynch you on day two or three, whenever we get stuck.

So this is the game where I think IB and PT are scummyiest and dont trust PCM, Benga or Tim. Now I get the feeling that IB wont be lynched today so i will unvote.

Streaker why PT over Benga? I have never known you to pass up a good omgus! Now i am vonsidering voting gor one of these two and would like your thoughts. My quote above makes me lean towards voting Benga.

A bit more food for thought on the subject of the vigi's alignment - remember that the opening post hints at 2 mafia kills.

@End - My opinion on Streaker is that I think he's town - I don't agree with all of his reads (specifically, he seems to be scumreading virus and I'm leaning more town with virus, and I'm getting a scummy feel from Tim but Streaker is neutral about it, and he's scumreading ptlowe but I'm on the fence about him), but I do like the logic behind his reads. From my point of view I hadn't noticed the buddying, but if he is trying to pocket me, I suppose I wouldn't. Still, this buddying comes from benga using a defense Streaker made just as the joke vote stage was ending (which was really calling Wing out on him calling me inactive), me voting for Benga in the same post as I say I townread Streaker (and you'll note he edited out my reasoning for voting for him at that time), discounts the fact that we don't have the same reads and aren't even both voting for him, and is coming from my #1 scumread. Also, my initial push on benga was days before Streaker took interest.

Mets and PCM have made solid posts, and I'm liking them so far - Wing, could you go more into detail about PCM mirroring IB?

My opinion changes on Dakky practically every time he opens his mouth - I can't tell if he's scum or town, but I think we'll have a much clearer picture of him on D2. If he is scum, I would want to look closer at strike.

That's the same thing I said regarding dakky and End, as they have both made their claims.

I understand why my vote on Streaker is OMGUS, but as I stated from the start it was just my feeling about him.

Let me get this straight, I wasn't specifically defending mars, I was pointing out a flaw in wing's post. I see the connection you guys bring up, but I didn't notice it myself until it was layed out.
Everyone needs to have a clear look at endgame's posts, and see the resemblance with hp game. While it's usefull having him on our side, it's a bad bad idea having third party lead town.

First part of my case on you was that you were reluctant to get to the point. It's a valid argument. You are saying you consider joking is better for town then scumhunting. Did you notice the part where I said that this part is actually ok, that I didn't see it as THAT scummy?

And ftr if town had listened to me on d6/7 in HP mafia when i was pushing HotShot(who was scum) instead of following strike to a lynch of me,town may have had a chance(even if it was very small). But no,town lynched me cuz they were unsure of themselves and therefore lost.

Also i generally agree with your points against benga but this play is very reminiscent of CYOM(i think the only game benga has played)
Benga was town and started out posting very lightly,when pressured he just keep pushing his scum reads instead of defending himself
I was suspicious there of his reactive playstyle but i think that's just how benga is.
I guess we will see though as i believe benga is currently set to be lynched. Ill stick by my thoughts that benga is newbie town and streaker pounced on the oppourtunity.

Can anyone tell me how long Benga has been here? I would agree with Endgame that his posts seem more new than scummy but I feel like I have seen him here before.

Mitch, generally basing your case off of a pregame scene is bad play. They mean nothing more times than not and right now you are changing facts to fit a theory rather than the theory to fit the facts. To illustrate my point, I oncertainly had an all serial killer mafia with a vig that had the chance of up to 4 players dying in a night and I believe I only had one NPC die at the start of the game. Really if this non sense was coming out of anyone else I would have probably voted alrwady. It's only because you have a history of this type of play that has earned you a pass so far.

I am going to look up when the last time IB posted was it feels like it has been a while.

P.S. I see streaker's post fine. It is all the posts below him that look weird on my screen.
