it is poly. in the screenshot above, I had 9 regions and Arctous and did not win. I'm just saying the statement of how to win is a big ambiguous as to whether or not it includes Arctous. I thought I would win with 9 regions + Arctous = 10 regions.

It does say:
hold Arctous and 10 regions
not
Hold 10 regions including Arctous.

Not sure how to better word something that is pretty plain now.

Hold Arctous and 10 other regions.

?

Would not fit and sounds pedantic.



What about Hold Arctous plus 10 regions? does it sounds better?

On austrum, I think you're missing a Connect 4 bonus for Sarnia+Icaria+Meiste+Ionia.

How are the following regions not 4 connected in same zone and why am I not getting +1 bonus?
Delos
Syros
Cauda
Anticosti

koontz has not been around in months.

I suppose this raises a question: Traditionally it's been said that a map cannot be changed without a mapmaker's consent, but if the "change" is just a bugfix, can the Foundry Assistants not go ahead and just fix it? koontz himself produced the attached xml file last year with the bonus code below, but it seems that an older xml is still active. however, the baron can fix that!

On the Vertrex map. If I have the regions Syros, Cauda, Anticosti, Dode, Delos and Fioina.
Shouldn't I have a +5 in deployement?

Dode Anticosti Cauda Syros

Fioina Delos Cauda Syros
Fioina Delos Cauda Anticosti

Because I have all of them and I only received +4.


EDIT :
I guess this is still the problem mentionned above which hasn't be fixed yet??

we've fixed the delos-syros-cauda-anticosti bonus and the new xml for vertex is live now!

Map image shows Septemtriones but hover text shows Septembtriones.

bug - dead link

on the listing of maps when you click the link to go to discussion of strategy you get a dead link message

also why on tempest do you have a general strategy typed but a link on austrum ?? I would think a typed strategy would better.

I am currently playing on Austrum as a "random map" - we a several rounds in and I had no clue how to win... took 1/2 hour scanning through the builder's forum to get a general idea, then finally saw the discussion about ships. Not first time player friendly IMHO :>

interesting game idea and play though
