Here are the facts:

John Ramsey's fledgling hardware/software company for aircraft (Access Graphics a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin) had just reached the billion dollar mark in sales in December of 1996.

John Ramsey was immediately invited to a secret meeting of billionaires of which Dick Cheney was present.

Dick Cheney wanted John Ramsey to develop a universal airplane remote control, John Ramsey asked Cheney,"What for?"

"Well, we need to invade the Middle East, Johnny Boy, and we want you to be part of this little adventure of ours."

"Ok, tell me what you want to do with this universal airplane remote ?" (now referred to as the UAR)

"Johnny, we need you to make us a UAR so that we can hijack three airplanes inside the US...you see?"

"Ok?" Johnny asked with the feinting sound of interest.

"Then we crash these planes into the Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and the US Capitol...and then...BINGO! WE are at blissful war eternal with the fucking Middle East! All thanks to your little UAR."

John Ramsey was horrified at the offer and declined to help Dick Cheney and his evil cabal of billionaires.

Dick Cheney said,"Johnny Boy! I am very, very disappointed in you. I thought you were on the cusp of success...I guess not. I think this Christmas, you'll be getting something very special from old St.Dick! BOOHAAHAHAH!" Cheney mocked and stormed out of the secret Dick Cave!

A few days later...on Christmas 1996...Dick Cheney hired a goon to kidnap both JonBenet and Patsy Ramsey while John was on an important business meeting. They were held hostage inside their own home. The goon told Patsy that John needed to cooperate, but he didn't...so he needed to make sure that everyone stayed absolutely quiet about things.

The goon forced Patsy to write a note while he threatened JonBenet with her life. Patsy scribbled the note out exactly as the goon wanted her too, and then left the note on the Christmas Tree.

Then the goon tied Patsy up and forced her to watch him rape and murder their young little child.

After the goon was done, he told Patsy that the police and the nation would think that her and John did this, and to never ever piss off the Billionaire Club ever again, or this will happen to their son next. "Be thankful we didn't take BOTH your children this Christmas, Mrs.Ramsey," the goon said before he slipped away into the night.

Then GE took over Access Graphics and John willingly obliged with the creation of the UAR, and he kept his mouth shut ever since.

So, it is quite evident who is to blame here.
