WTF no wonder you're trying to disrupt attemts to mitigate global warming. Move somewhere normal.

Were those numbers adjusted for the heat island effect?

This genuinely concerns me.

It should. Because I'm not going to produce a paper saying we can't do it. My study, I'm not allowed to go into all the details (two papers will be published, one for public consumption, you can add it to the consensus list, and like the others on the list, does nothing to prove man is causing climate change) but briefly:

Is it worthwhile for a major food supplier to internalize their waste management?

Not very important work, as it has been shown worthwhile. Not by the EPA, whose study suggests a massive loss and is one of the most cited papers on the topic (They didn't actually try it, nor did they look at existing profittable methods, ways it could be improved upon, but merely conclude its not profittable).

On the other hand, it allows the flushing out of recent developments and methods of added value. I will provide a public copy and Mets can use it against me: you wrote right there, "due to climate change".

And it's not about money, it's about access.

And what's the load bearing capacity of zeoform? you know, the plastic made of hemp and water? They are making surf and skateboards out of hemp, must not be strong. How about Lotus's hemp car, must be just shaking itself to pieces. Oh, shit, I guess if you had hemp available and could research it, then you might know. Or if you were allowed to cite international studies to local inspectors, you might know.

And what's the strength of concrete using 5% hemp filler? Hmm. Seems you are a light weight.

All of Einsteins critics thought he was dumb...they just couldn't prove it. Church thought Galileo was dumb, well, maybe not dumb but disruptive to their narrative. Until he can prove it, he should just stfu (same as climate alarmists) and stop blindly protecting a faith-based ideology.

What may also mitigate it:

Imagine that: the sun may influence our temperature as well as the most common greenhouse gas with 12000+ times the amount of CO2 being emitted annually. Who would have thought?

Nothing to do with sabotage, Einstein or Galileo. All to do with facts which can be verified and cannot be invalidated is science. Not, our theory is broken, let's act like it isn't with some adjustments and rhetoric. That's called bullshit. Don't be afraid to say it: they got you consuming it, so it's already in your mouth, just spit it out.

Hempcrete might not be, but it's one of the simplest ways to provide a market for hemp, and folks then have access to material for development. What it can make can be useful to you, a plastic dick. The effects of these variations are primarily believed to be due to variations in the intensity of solar radiation upon various parts of the globe. Observations show climate behavior is much more intense than the calculated variations. Various internal characteristics of climate systems are believed to be sensitive to the insolation changes, causing amplification (positive feedback) and damping responses (negative feedback).

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milankovi ... eeds_cause

So the sun is the main driver of temperature. Water vapour is the main greenhouse gas. What role does carbon play (not CO2)?

http://news.ucdavis.edu/search/news_det ... o?id=10077

Well, deforestation causes cooling. That is: the "urban heating" effect is not just about being urban. More life, and I shouldn't need to correlate carbon and life, has the same effect.

Wait a second. If the sun heats up, and increases available habitat and the amount of energy received by existing habitat, what happens? Life inhabits it. Life which adds heating.

Is this why CO2 lags temperature increases by hundreds of years? We get warmer from the sun. We get life. Both increase temperature. While CO2 and life are at their peak, the temperature falls with the receding energy from the sun.

Sounds familiar. We have been increasing output of CO2 and temperatures have not risen. Odd that Mets would compare this to evolution. We can witness fruit flies mutate. We can measure temperature. The mutations support evolution (to a limited extent), the temperature measurements don't support global warming.

Sorry, notyou2, are you the guy who thinks we should kill all skeptics because you know we are holding the scientists back from engaging productive solutions like a carbon tax?

last one was you wanted to go to Mars to live better without us, but I seem to recall some more vehement assertions from you. But, to you, this makes me the violent one.

There are a couple members here who know me IRL. The first time one of them met my wife was at a colleagues dinner. I had to invite her, but hoped she was going to say no. About twenty minutes in, she says, I want to go. i say, k, I'll be home later. She iced over and said, you come now. I was new to the company and didn't want to be that guy, so I told her I'd be along later.

She started throwing stuff at me: half-filled pint glass, glass ashtray, picked up the menu holder and gave me a whack. The security got to her as she was flipping the tables.

I post here, I guess I like abuse.

Perhaps I should beat her.

She got mad at me the other day. She wanted her phone plan changed, but to do so is a two-hour rountrip which she wasn't coming on. I tried to confirm that I'd be able to make the changes without her. After 45 minutes of calling the store directly, calling the hotline and searching online, I told her I wasn't sure if I could. She got furious and went on with her usual: you're useless, I should divorce you, etc. I tried to calm her down. I touched her gently on the back of the elbow. She threatened to call the cops and have me charged with assualt.

Thankfully, Canada has a zero tolerance policy, which she was taught about at Immigrant Services, they've recently changed their name (their acronym used to be ISIS). It means, if she calls the police, I will be arrested and charged regardless of evidence. The benefit of this, is that when angry, she is less likely to attack me and more likely to just threaten me with arrest.

Does that not also mean that you can just call the cops and get her arrested for domestic violence without any proper evidence, or do the police not take reports of domestic violence as seriously if the complainant is a man?

I'm not a big fan of cops. I suppose I could, but she knows I wouldn't. There's also the issue of my son, he is Chinese and it would be hard to prevent her from carrying out her threats in regards to him: take him back to China; raise him to hate you; never see him again.

She has good qualities. But she will get her way without pause.

One good thing is that she has told our marriage counsellors about her on-going threats to call the police for no reason. So if she does call, I can get some decent witnesses. Will be good for the GDP, we'll have lawyers, forced to live separately, child services, witnesses. Lovely prospect. It's easier just to agree to being useless. That of course loses all respect she has for me, but f*ck it. I spent nearly six years at the whim of any idiot who could prove a low enough IQ to be a prison guard. A couple of years and my kid will be Canadian.

Ayahuasca is supposed to show you your life and the things that are bringing harm into it, and how your actions are harming others.

I've thought about trying it with her. Showing her we should build our relationship and not actively destroy it. But I do fear that it would be the end of us. On the other hand, it would be a conciliatory end which would be better than how I've come to expect it to end.
