Calling for massclaim when jailkeeper encourages mafia to claim PRs to cause confusion. They claim cop, doc, or tracker, he can counter-claim. The mafia knows if they're in a situation with either doc/cop or jail/BP, though. If they do have a RB, then it would be trading 1PR for 1 mafia (probably not the RB). If they do not have a RB, then they have a 50/50 shot of drawing out our only PR. In this situation, what would be the best role to fakeclaim?
Right now, we know that the mafia would rather make our PRs useless - it's the only explanation for going after HotShot (that, and Storr didn't wait for a claim, so maybe they were hoping to hit a PR while they were at it?). I also know that Streaker is willing to fakeclaim if mafia. If Streaker is mafia, he would know if there are guaranteed 2 people who could counterclaim, or if it's 50/50 one person counterclaim. If they had a RB, I think his best claim would be to claim Tracker in my opinion. The only ones who could counter claim would be cop or jailkeeper, which would be a good situation for mafia to find this out. If not, BP claim would lure out doc, cop, and BP. Tracker and cop could easily find out what he is tonight, but then, if they exist, he would be lying anyway.
A part of me really wants to believe you, Streaker. Running late for work, though - I'll need to think about this more and finish this thought when I get home.

I would find it hard to believe that mafia would claim a BP to save Streaker. So if someone steps up and claims BP that would save him. As it stands if there are other PRs out there (IE streakers lying) they should not step forward just to reinforce Streaker is Scum.

Streaker asking for a mass claim knowing that there is the possibility that there are only goons and Vts should be reason enough to lynch him.

He also claims that he wanted to see if he could catch someone falsely claiming BUT that does not hold water as there is no way to determine who would claim first. It may sound good in theory but holds no water after the fact.

Honestly I suspect that there are real Town PRs out there and Streaker is lying.

How will BP claiming be helpful? All it will tell us is if Mars could be RB and have targetted Streaker and still made a kill. But as the second mafia could have made the kill in this situation it doesnt make any difference. Mars could be mafia either way.

I dont see how BP claiming is helpful to town. It wont help us catch RB over goon, as we have nothing to guide us on who is RB instead of Goon.

IB goes over my claim like it's nothing. If I get lynched today (which should never happen anyway), kill off IB tomorrow plz.
You see, at this point only 2 options remain in the real world (not the fairy one where a cop or doc will claim).

1) A BP claims. We then have to decide whom to lynch between 5 players.
2) Nobody claims. We then have to decide whom to lynch between 6 players (myself not included as I'm the main power role for town). You cannot lynch me if you are town. You'd be shooting yourself in the foot. Mafia will take care of me if I screw up my night action anyway.

Mars or IB would be a good lynch today. IB based on his agressiveness towards me after my claim (which hasn't been countered), Mars based on my read from previous day. And IB over mars actually.

The thing is, we need to have the best information possible for our lynch today.
A claimed BP would give 2 confirmed town, bringing the options down to 5 for a lynch. In those 5, 2 are scum.

Also I see what you are doing, wing. Not waiting for a counter-cop or doc but for a counter-jailkeeper claim.
