This is the sixth tournament in my new series based on my original homeland -- Czechoslovakia -- and [player]Oneyed[/player]'s excellent map of it. Each of the 25 tournaments in this series celebrates some aspect of a different town or city on the map, and matches it to some game type or setting on CC. To avoid favouritism, I have randomized the order of the towns. For more information on this series visit the DKs CSFR Frag series Infocentre. This tournament celebrates the town of Nitra.
The town of Nitra lies between the two centres of Slovak nuclear energy -- Bohunice and Mochovce. Bohunice is about 40 km NW of Nitra; Mochovce is about 30 km SE. Thanks to its nuclear power, Slovakia was a net exporter of electricity until 2006. In 2006, was required to shut down one of the Bohunice reactors as a condition of entry to the European Union, due to safety problems alleged by West European environmentalists. As a result of the shutdown, Slovakia lost 9% of its electricity-generating capability, and overnight went from being a net exporter to a net importer of electricity.
Two new reactors at Mochovce and one new reactor at Bohunice are under construction. Originally all three were projected for 2013, but financial and political forces have forced many plan changes along the way and caused many delays. The new Mochovce reactors are now projected for 2016 and 2017, while it is unclear if the new Bohunice reactor has any deadline at all.

Participants: 36 players, premium-only
Settings: All games will be sequential, automatic deployment, with 24-hour rounds and a 50-round limit. Obviously, all Spoils will be Nuclear. Other settings will vary as described below.
Tournament Setup:
You will receive invites to the following games:
Four 1v1 games -- one foggy trench, one foggy no trench, one sunny trench, one sunny no trench, all chained
Two polymorphic dubs game -- one foggy, one sunny, both non-trench parachute
One polymorphic trips game -- sunny no trench unlimited
One polymorphic quads game -- adjacent foggy trench
Four six-player standard games-- one foggy trench, one foggy no trench, one sunny trench, one sunny no trench, all chained
Two six-player terminator games -- both non-trench foggy unlimited
Two six-player assassin games -- both non-trench sunny chained
The total game load is therefore 16 games. I will try to space them out over a period of about four to six weeks but there are no specific guarantees. A lot depends on my work schedule and how much free time I have, so you may get a bunch of games at a time or no games at all for two weeks. Overall four to six weeks is my target.
Scoring:
1v1: 2 points per win
polymorph: 3 points per win
multiplayer standard: 5 points per win
terminator: 1 point per kill plus 2 more for the game win
assassin: 8 points if you win by killing your target, but only 2 points if you win by any other means (if someone else kills your target, or round limit, or anything else)
