What I have done is learn to recognize these patterns and well actually I'm not going to give away my secret of how I deal with it but lets just say that I have figured out a way to turn it into an advantage.

your right ,

i found the pattern also and it work well since then!

im talking about winning or loosing, lol.
you can be on a winning and a loosing streak, but when you loose like 30 in a row from first move, bad dice, and 5 card draw....theres got to be a way to slow that down...it takes like a week to get my self to a much higher level. then a day to loose it..that seems strange, but it doesn't matter.
apparently there is no way to correct it. at least thats what we are told.

Maybe if you would play games that are almost ENTIRELY luck based, you'd go up. Try playing something that takes skill, 1v1 classic is almost all luck.

[player]lord of the frys[/player]
like the OP [player]JESKIER[/player] u are playing way to may 1v1 games, 2800 1v1 games (all on Classic) out of 3000 completed games...u will never get past Serg 1st Class playing 1v1 games....rather than explain it again I will just repost what I told JESKIER....

IR1SH ACE wrote:have to agree with most of the people here...(even Dibbun)....I joined September last year and got to Major around December and have held this rank since then....

c) you play game types that are more luck-based. 1v1, classic, doodle earth, freestyle, flat rate, etc... You refuse to learn from players who are more experienced and skilled than you, instead you throw tantrums when you keep losing. You think that there's nothing wrong with your strategy, and when you lose it simply must be because the site is rigged. You're so self-centered that you refuse to consider fault in yourself. When in fact, the few wins you have are due to luck, and your losses are simply because the other players know the strategy better than you.

this is ur problem right here out of ur 2186 games played 1510 of them are 1v1 games.....1v1 games are great when ur rank is low as u can find a few Lieuts/Caps and take some nice points....even some Majors still play 1v1 but that's about it once u reach about 1600+ points stop playing 1v1.....there is to much chance involved in 1v1 and all u need is one bad round and the game is over....

start playing 4,5,6,7,8 way games.....u can hav more then one bad round and still go on to win....also look for a doubles partner and start playin team games....once u hav established a good team play this is always a good way to keep ur points tickin over..

read some of the strategy guides for some of the more unique maps...(Feudal Epic/War, Pelop Wars, Arms Race, New World, Beta Maps)
most of these kind of maps on certain settings usually favour a set strategy...that if u are playing with 8 people u can always count on maybe 4/5 of the players not knowing what the best strat is and give urself a good chance of winning.....looking at ur games played it seems u are avoiding these kind of maps....trust me break out of ur comfert zone and start learnin....

dont play all 1v1 games and then moan about the dice.....shit happens and it always hurts more in 1v1....

Cheers Ace

By the way, saying there is a lose switch and that it gets turned and your dice get worse is kind of like saying there is a switch for how many red lights you hit. "Oh, today I hit every red light I came across! I'm so angry and I think I'll rant about it in the traffic forums!" When really it's just poor timing.

I hit the switch by mistake. It was dark and I was looking for the light switch in the bathroom. But I will get a member from maintenance to fix that switch.

I never bitched about dice when I played you. Also, you should really do something about those paranoid delusions.

OP: you play too many 1v1 classic, doodle earth, total garbage games (for winning anyway, if you enjoy them go for it). classic risk is not meant for 1v1 games because its mostly LUCK. i lose 12 men in a row without taking a single man all the time! yet im decently ranked right now... play something with some substance

ok got all that....but can you explain, 13 out of 15 games cant change cards till 5.......it happens about every 20 wins...then goes right to that pattern, every time without a miss..??????

Why play with cards in games where cards are of no use?

For 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4 cards are just a nuisance, an additional source of uncertainty... if you want to play with cards, play standard/term/ass 4-8 player games.

i understand that.....what i was asking is why...every 20 games or so...it stops going from random cards pattern.....to not swapping cards till 5.......with out a miss, and will do this for about 10 to 15 games , then goes back to random

I generally like spoils in 1vs1---provided it is escalating. Makes my 1vs1 games a little faster than no spoils, without making spoils colors too important.

Read my original comment, i win then straight away lose.

Its this simple, gain a rank, lose a rank, only people who are connected to the site or are mates with people connected to the site disagree.

its the same old names in all the leader boards and they say its random lol
