Agreed. While many of us are probably morbidly curious about who has foed us, I think a catalog of foedom would only create general bad will; nor do I see a compelling need for it.

Foed means I want them to leave me alone, not so that they can pm and ask why.

There is a darling little how to guide somewhere in the shuffled forum. Simple enough that someone who is completely gay at technology like myself can understand.

Coffee boy, coffee boy, coffee boy, you can't have it both ways kiddo. You Claim that the word fag is not bigotry, even calling someone a fag. Now who would call someone a smoke? Obviously was meant in a derogatory fashion. Look at my words, was not calling anyone gay. Was suggesting that someone(not named, not alluded to, not a specific person, just a generic imaginary person) no matter how gay(lame and clueless modern meaning) they were with technology could understand. I even said that I was gay at technology....... Learn to read, stop being a bigot, no about of pumping weights and posing in front of the mirror will change things. In the words of popeye - You yam what you yam.

I used the word in a derogatory manner but with no bigoted intentions. I have gay friends that use fag as an insult, so whatever. I got a warning and that's that. I would also argue that using gay with the above negative connotations, or in a derogatory way, is just as bigoted.

Not using that gay, in that way....... Surely someone of your <coughs, and can't believe is saying this> intelligence, would know that just because your gay friends call each other fags, doesn't mean you can call other people fags. Just because you have gay friends that use that word. I do agree with you my bigoted friend, that different words have different connotations and textural meanings from place to place. British for example.... In australia means wane, lame, dirty and repressed. I'm sure in britain, british has positive nationalistic connotations.

In modern languages there is only one definition of the word gay.
I'm not actually sure British is always positive these days, even in our country, given how much of a mess it is. Then again, when we think of Australians we tend to picture slaves and prisoners. Swings and roundabouts.

Why hide the source?
Plus how many people actually use the term gay in that way? It's either used in the correct way, as a shorthand for homosexual, or in derogatory ways.
