So question. You say all forms of outside communication on this site are allowed, what does that include? It seems from the wording and other rules that it would be basically PM's only, but later in you do mention quicktimes (as does streaker). So I assume from the rules you mean things like talking in person/emailing are what the rules are for, so to confirm: Can we use quicktime chats?
