Replacements to be allotted to each player who controls a percentage of territories in that region.
Eliminating bonuses for controlling entire regions. Only when a player turns in spoils; all players receive bonuses, based on the percentage of territories they control in that region...program problems?
This Idea might be better suited in the map foundry, using the current game mechanics.

Re: Conquer spoils
If you don't get the gist of it...too bad.
The program would have to allot units to every player (box) on a single turn.
This screen kills my eyes, I do not want to elaborate on this any further, knowing that CC game program (most likely) can not support such an awesome idea.
I think it would be possible to devise a game board, using this method.

Re: Conquer spoils
even i is not 100% sure i understand what you are suggesting.
correct me please.
every turn you get troops added to a "pool" based on some sort of bonus/territory. and when you cash in the spoil you get this "pool"

I'm confused myself... Wouldn't you want to elaborate if you cared about the suggestion so that everyone could understand clearly what you mean?

That's just it, I don't care.
I could go into minute detail, just to find out we have a coding issue...that's a stopper!
Instead, I have decided to give the main or essential part...see what you can do with it.
