Re: The EMPTY Championships - Jésus noir is KING of poly

Post by owenshooter »

i find it amusing that this "championship" is even going on... everyone on the site knows that the black jesus is the best poly player on the site... it is common knowledge, a known fact, written into the site rules... i am the best, period... go ahead with this silly exercise in futility, because there is only one true champion... the black jesus reigns supreme in the poly world, and that is not open for debate and never will be...
THE BLACK JESUS HAS SPOKEN...-Jésus noir

don't try to challenge me... you have been warned...

Okay, I guess I'll do a little unofficial update:

Looks like 1 more game going on: Game 14783140

Scoreboard still not up.

Next round of games should be sunny, so you don't need to watch this one too carefully.

I will be doing a manual scoreboard for the round robin rounds and then will have the scoreboard you linked to for the bracket round. I am hoping to get this done this weekend. Sorry all been working crazy busy hours so didn't have the time to get the scoreboard updated

Thanks! I think I might be missing a game, though. I only have 6 for Round 1b, and I think I should have 7.

Any update on the scoreboard?

There are a couple groups that only had 7 players in their groups as we have had a few dropouts.

The scoreboard for each group is in the 2nd post I will be using the main scoreboard when we get to the bracket phase

This game has been over for awhile, dont know why it isn't on the scoreboard Game 14783140.

Also was wondering...is there a sitting rule in this tournament?

Updated the score, somehow I missed that one. Yes there is a sitter rule for the tournament the two sets of games for 24hrs for two times.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean? Maybe you can just let me know if this is ok or not... Game 14910721 This person has not taken any of their own turns in this game so far.

That game would be forfeited as he could only have 2 sets of sitting

Apparently, the auto-tourney scoreboard will start getting updated during the elimination rounds or something like that. I assume that it will then appear in the Tourney tab like the other Championship Tourneys. For now there is a scoreboard of sorts on the first page. But it's not very user friendly (i.e. can't copy/paste the results to easily determine overall standings like you can with the auto-tourney pages).

Yeah...updates?

I don't know about everyone else, but my games have been done for weeks.

These "official" tournaments are so slow, I'm beginning to think that this is all just a ploy to keep us renewing our premiums so we can actually finish the tournament. A money-making scheme.

If the tournament directors don't have time for it, then put someone else in charge who does.

There are still 7 active games left, once those are finished the next round will go out. If you would like to volunteer to run an "official" tournament please get with bigWham as I am sure he would be happy to have more help.

What are the settings for the Round 2 games? Tried to tease the answer out of the OP, but I'm not sure that's as clearly written as it could be. Or maybe I can't read.

Part will be sunny and part foggy, part will be chained and parachute, no spoils for all games in Round 2

Please don't send this out until after the holiday weekend here. Lots of people traveling, including (most importantly) me.
