Well, looking over the game log parts are maybe suspicious and parts less so.
In rounds 1, 5 and 6 they play withing 8, 2, and 6 minutes of each other. For the other rounds (there are like 9 at this point) they are an hour or more off even though they could play consecutively.
Round 1 - Wrain62 pulls 2 troops out of the south coast.
Round 2 - Dante62 takes the South coast, pulls troops out of Essex & Cambridgeshire
Round 3 Wrain62 takes Essex & Cambridgeshire
Round? Wrain pulls assaults Powys and then pulls troops out of Powys. Dante62 then takes Powys.
